The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Estimator/Surveyor to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to progress their career and take ownership of projects from initial estimation through to completion. You will play a crucial role in our project lifecycle, ensuring that our high standards are met at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Estimating: Accurately prepare cost estimates for projects, considering all relevant factors.

* Surveying: Conduct comprehensive surveys to assess project requirements and specifications.

* Project Management: Take the lead on assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Collaboration: Work closely with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

* Reporting: Provide detailed reports and updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

* Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
