We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a passion for people and processes, who is looking to grow their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive HR support across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting.

- Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures.

- Support HR projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

- Assist in payroll processing and benefit administration, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.

- Collaborate with managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

- Coordinate employee training and development programs.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Working knowledge of ADP HR systems is an advantage but not essential.

- CIPD Level 3 qualification preferred but not essential; we are open to candidates with relevant experience.
