The Role
We are recruiting for a Head of Performance Marketing to join our client's dynamic marketing team. This is a hybrid role, with time split between home and the office in Burntwood. Offering a salary of up to £60,000 per annum (DOE) plus bonus, this role is pivotal in driving the performance of digital and acquisition channels, including SEO, PPC, paid campaigns, website optimisation, and CRO.
The successful candidate will lead strategic and tactical initiatives to meet ambitious enquiry targets, KPIs, and deliver an industry-leading user experience (UX). This is an opportunity for a visionary leader to innovate and drive transformative changes in the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver lead generation strategies across SEO, PPC, CRO, OLV, and VoD to meet enquiry and visit targets.
Optimise the digital estate's performance to achieve conversion rate optimisation (CRO) targets and business KPIs.
Lead competitive SEO strategies to capture demand through search and drive organic growth.
Manage and optimise the user experience (UX) across mobile and desktop platforms for maximum conversion.
Budget and forecast digital marketing spend to achieve targets while maximising ROI.
Collaborate with the Head of Brand to align brand and acquisition activities with key performance objectives.
Drive high enquiry and visit targets for new centres, working closely with the Integrations team.
Measure, analyse, and optimise all lead generation activities, providing data-driven recommendations.
Manage agency relationships to ensure performance aligns with objectives, KPIs, and SLAs.
Lead and develop the digital marketing team while deputising for the European Marketing Director as required.Candidate Criteria
The ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record of achieving outstanding digital performance, from strategy to execution.
Demonstrable success in designing and managing impactful online media campaigns, including PPC and social.
Hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and CRO strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI and optimise campaigns for improved results.
Proficiency in using data insights to inform innovative and actionable recommendations.
Experience introducing new technologies into marketing strategies and business plans.
Expertise in website management, particularly in delivering competitive SEO and UX improvements.
Budget management skills with a focus on optimising spend and maximising outcomes.
Collaborative abilities to work cross-functionally, with European marketing experience being an advantage.
