? Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

? Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organisation, is seeking a talented Management Accountant to join their dynamic team. With over a decade of expertise, our client provides technical and regulatory support to pharmaceutical manufacturers across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities:

Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded, filed, and reported
Prepare monthly management accounts in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial integrity
Monitor cash balances and prepare payment runs efficiently
Collaborate with different departments to allocate transactions and issue recharge invoices
Credit control of outstanding invoices to maintain financial stability
Maintain and manage time tracking software, producing monthly reports for analysis
Liaise with internal employees to ensure accurate and timely completion of time tracking
Assist in delivering ad hoc reports and projects as required
Engage with third-party service providers and customers on cost allocations and recharges
Analyse and track internal and external project costs

Qualifications:

Qualified CAT/AAT or equivalent, or qualified by experience
Several years' experience in medium-sized businesses or providing services to such organisations

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting systems, preferably Sage
Strong honesty, integrity, and reliability
Self-starter with a proactive approach and good initiative
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Confident and professional when liaising with stakeholders
Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
