The Role

As a Fire & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining fire and security systems for a highend customer base. This position allows you to leverage your technical expertise while enjoying a manageable patch that promotes a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintenance: Perform routine servicing and troubleshooting of existing systems.

* Customer Engagement: Provide professional support and address client needs effectively.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service or maintenance activities.

Requirements

* Experience: Minimum of 1 year in fire and security installation or maintenance.

* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various fire and security systems preferred.

* Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.

* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£37,000

Benefits:

Unlimited Overtime, 24 hour technical support team- answer all calls when on standby. Call out rota currently 1 week in 6 with a £180 retainer. 25 days Holiday plus bank holidays, Private health care, sick pay, discounts to differnt retailers
