About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a small nursing home in Woking, providing high-quality nursing, dementia, and residential care. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a dedicated team in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team to deliver person-centred care.

*

Ensure CQC compliance and high care standards.

*

Develop and review individual care plans.

*

Manage budgets and operational resources.

*

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.

*

Promote the home locally to maintain occupancy levels.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Care Home Manager in a nursing home setting.

*

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.

*

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations.

*

Leadership, communication, and budget management skills.

*

Nursing qualification preferred but not essential.
