Starlyne Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a Tier 1 Main Contractor a Project Manager to work on a number of high-rise residential schemes in the Midlands area. The role involves running schemes of £60m to £100m, each requiring a unique touch in order to ensure they are completed to a high quality, within budget.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables

* Develop detailed project plans and schedules

* Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively

* Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers

* Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality

* Required: High rise residential experience from 6 to 13 storey.
