Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency in Cheshire, on behalf of one of our clients in the Staffordshire we are looking for a Foreman to look afer their existing workforce on a permanent basis.

The successful person would be:

* competent in welding up to 20mm plate steel

* experienced in managing a team of people

* expected to work at a high standard

* preferably coded for 20mm steel (albeit not essential as they will put the right person through the coding)

* want to join and progress in an exciting company

* able to read technical drawings

* reliable and professional in their approach

* organised in their workload

Working Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm (slight earlier finish on a Friday)
