360 Recruitment Consultant

RC Fornax PLC - Bristol – Full Time - Base Salary £35-65k DoE, Commission + Bonus

We’re looking for exceptional and driven individuals to join this dynamic and friendly team at a time of high business growth, representing an exciting opportunity with fast promotion prospects.

You will be required to establish new verticals within the business and therefore self-starters who can work autonomously and are results focussed will excel.

Coming from a 360-recruitment background, you will have clear and demonstrable experience with established success in either; Defence, Automotive, Renewables or Financial Services Sectors. You will have access to a team of 180 based recruitment professionals and a database of over 4000 candidates to support business opportunities you generate.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Maintain a high level of company knowledge and understanding competition in your given industry.
