Are you a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for your next exciting opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded early years setting in the beautiful area in Abingdon. Working 3 to 4 days a week.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and well-resourced early years environment. As a valued member of the team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating space for children to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Monitor and record children progress, ensuring every child receives the support they need.
Promote a safe and inclusive environment that supports children well-being.
Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times.What We're Looking For:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Proven experience working in an early years setting.
A genuine passion for supporting children development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
