Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Maintain an organised workspace and ensure that all sales materials are readily available.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilise IT systems to manage customer information and track sales progress accurately.
Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers in English, fostering trust and rapport.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Experience

Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A demonstrated drive for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Excellent time management skills, allowing for efficient handling of multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales processes is advantageous.
