Tezlom are leading agency in Health and Social Care providing staff since 2008. Here at Tezlom we are currently Looking for a Support Worker to work with young adults & , require support with mental health needs, based in Harrow, Northolt and Pinner
The Ideal Candidate should have
* Ability to support a range of people/young adults with different abilities
* Be able to provide constant care and support to the young people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
* Atleast 2 years Experience working with Mental Health Needs and learning disabilities in a residential or care home setting
* A desire to work with young people who may show signs of challenging behaviour
* Commit to working with young Adults who may be at risk
* should be able to do Shift Work
* Ability to work as part of a team
