Synergy personnel ltd is seeking a skilled Groundworks Foreman to join their team in the West Sussex region. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including excavation work, concreting, drainage, kerbing, paving on this residential project

Desirable Tickets/Accreditations:

* SMSTS

* Driving License

* First Aid

* Tracked Excavator

* CSCS/CPCS

Ideal Candidate:

* Experienced in groundworks

* Holds relevant tickets/accreditations

* Strong leadership skills

* Excellent communication abilities

* Health and Safety conscious

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising groundworks projects

* Ensuring projects are completed on time and to standard

* Conducting site inspections and managing resources

* Coordinating with Site Managers and other trades

* Maintaining Health and Safety standards
