Salary: Basic £30,000 - £40,000 additional £20,000 - £30,000 OTE

Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify and engage Facilities Management companies and decision-makers
Maintain and manage a sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and follow-ups
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
What You Need
Minimum three years of phone-based sales experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or lead generation
Strong ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals over the phone
Confidence in selling services into the facilities management sector
