The Role:

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial and commercial processes. You’ll be responsible for mechanical maintenance, fault diagnosis, and supporting engineering projects, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults on machinery
Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing in line with schedules
Install, remove, and relocate equipment and machines
Maintain both factory and office working areas
Support engineering projects and assist team members when needed
Adhere to health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing maintenance role
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and power presses
Qualifications: ONC or time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Maintenance (City & Guilds 2381 & 2391 and 18th Edition desirable)
Key Attributes: Problem-solving mindset, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement
