Job Title: Production Operative
Department: Production
Reports To: Senior Production Team
Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 5pm, and Friday 08:30am – 4pm

Role Overview: As a Production Operative, you will contribute to the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet customer expectations for quality and quantity. You’ll work across various areas of production, adhering to safety and quality standards while optimizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce multiple product batches daily, depending on size and type.
Ensure high-quality output while meeting production targets.
Actively seek additional tasks and work to meet deadlines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
Load/unload deliveries and assist with warehousing and order picking.
Participate in Health & Safety meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Occasionally perform basic quality control tests.
Collaborate with colleagues and support team projects as needed.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.Cost & Safety Improvements:
Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved safety procedures.Culture & Engagement:
Promote best practices and foster a positive, safety-focused work environment.
