Job Title: Operations Director

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance/Company Vehicle + Fuel Card

The Role:
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to lead operations and continue driving the success of their business. While experience in the roofing industry is not essential, a strong background in construction is required. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader with a passion for operational efficiency and a drive for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Manage and lead a team of operational managers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Develop and implement strategies for operational improvements, cost control, and overall business efficiency.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality regulations.

Lead recruitment and development initiatives to ensure the team has the right skills and capabilities to meet business goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

Extensive experience in a senior operational role within the construction industry (roofing experience is not required).

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, driving performance and achieving business objectives.

Strong understanding of operational management, project delivery, and financial oversight.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and implement effective operational processes.

What They Offer:

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
