Senior Ecologist - London/Southeast
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

A leading UK environmental consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Ecologist to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior ecologists, and contribute to a diverse range of ecological services for developers, government bodies, and conservation organisations.

Your Role:

Lead and manage ecological projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
Conduct ecological surveys, habitat assessments, and EcIAs
Provide expert advice to clients on ecological best practices and legislation
Support and mentor junior ecologists

What You'll Need:

BSc or MSc in Ecology or a related field
3+ years' consultancy experience with project management skills
Experience in protected species and habitat surveys
Excellent report writing skills (EIAs, PEAs, etc.)
