About the role:

We are excited to offer a part-time position for an EYFS Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team. The role is a new addition to accommodate our growing class sizes and to provide even more focused attention to our youngest learners. This part-time position involves working three days per week, offering a perfect balance for educators seeking flexibility.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for a class of 20 eager and curious reception students, working closely with a dedicated teaching assistant to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons. Our school is renowned for its supportive environment, with ample resources and a collaborative approach to teaching.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

• A passion for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help each child achieve their potential.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.

• Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience.
