Solicitor who Specialises in Mental Health Law
Membership in the Law Society's Mental Health Tribunal PanelKey Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of Mental Health Law matters
Representing clients in Tribunal and Hospital Managers' hearings
Attending Care Programme Approach (CPA) and Section 117 aftercare meetings
Meeting fee-earning targets and maintaining Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Contributing to business development and marketing effortsWorking Arrangement:
Primarily remote work
Option to use offices in London
Requires strong independent working skills, self-motivation, and excellent organisational skillsEssential Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
Mental Health Tribunal Panel membership
Extensive experience in handling Mental Health Law cases
High level of organisation and self-motivation
Strong commitment to client care and professional standards
