Building Services Engineer

We are searching for a Mobile Building Services Engineer to join a company we have partnered with who is a leading Building Services company in London and the South East. They are a growing company and are therefore looking for 2 Building Services Engineers to join their team!

Mobile Building Services Engineer - More about the role:

* The role will entail carrying out PPM and reactive works on a range of commercial properties around London.

* This is a mobile role so a company van will be provided.

* Properties include office premises, schools, hospitals etc

* The role is client facing so excellent customer service skills are a must!

* They need someone to 'hit the ground running' so strong experience is key.

* The role requires the engineer to have either an electrical or mechanical bias in their skillset.

Mobile Building Services Engineer - More about you:

* You will have at least two years experience in a Building Services Engineer role carying out PPMs and reactive works.

* You will have experience of working in a client / customer facing role.

* You will be required to compile reports on the works you have carried out so knowledge of Excel, emails, smart phones and IT skills are important.

* As it is a mobile role, you will be required to have a full, UK driving licence.
