Ideal Site Manager Candidate:

* Background working on multi-occupancy builds would be beneficial.

* Previous experience managing internal trade pacakges would be advantageous.

* HNC /HND in construction related subject is preferred.

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid certificate

Duties for Site Manager role will include:

* Coordinate trades, labour on the internals of the project.

* Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers.

* Monitoring site performance against the programme.

* Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site.

* Quality control.

* Short term programme changes.

* Site inductions and toolbox talks.
