We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Assistant to join our client's team. The successful candidate will support their finance department with daily accounting tasks, including processing invoices, managing financial records, and assisting with budgeting and reporting.
 
Hours: Flexible - Monday - Friday; Estimated at 16 - 20 hours per week.
Rate of Pay: £11.50 per hour plus annual performance-based bonus.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
·Maintain records and update relevant Quality Assurance calendars.
·Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking utilising Sage 50 accounts.
·Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
·Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry.
·Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
·Help with budgeting and forecasting processes.
·Assist in financial audits and regulatory compliance.
 
Qualifications:
 
·Proven experience in a finance or accounting role (preferred).
·Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
·Good organisational and multitasking skills.
·Strong communication skills.
·Sage 50 Accounts experience.
·Holds UK driving license.
