Maintenance Person - Dorchester

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our client's property management team based on the outskirts of Dorchester. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with a competitive annual salary of £26,000.

As our Maintenance Person, you will provide support in the maintenance of a range of properties, including holiday lets, residential homes, and business premises. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing scheduled repairs and maintenance
Conducting basic plumbing and decorating tasks
Undertaking grounds maintenance
Driving guests and assisting with hospitality functions
Liaising with contractors
The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and have previous experience in general maintenance tasks. You will also demonstrate the ability to minimise disruptions for guests and businesses. Additionally, we require you to have:

A valid UK driving licence
Basic DIY skills
Experience in outdoor activities, specifically grounds maintenance
Flexibility in dealing with emergencies and functions
