Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Assets & Capital Project Officer to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Birmingham.

What the job will be doing
Understand conditions of the housing associations homes and the asset management data is accurate
Asset management system expert and leading on production of property options appraisals
Responsible for delivering projects on major works programme and cyclical and planned maintenance works
Manage consultations of residents and staff to ensure our works programs consider their view and meet their needs.

What you will need
Experience in managing and delivering capital projects
Qualifications in constructions, surveying or another relevant field
