An East-Sussex based Local Authority are looking for a Private Sector Housing Officer!

For this role, you'll need to:

Be HHSRS qualified.
Great knowledge of the Housing Act 2004.
Have experience in conducting HMO and HHSRS inspections.
Private Sector Housing Enforcement and in supporting condition complaints.
Have your own car to drive in and around the borough to complete inspections.This is an initial 3 month role with a high likelihood of being extended.
