Description
Accurately complete price benchmarking projects to support business growth and secure new business.
Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding product information as needed.
Create clearly formatted benchmark reports summarizing results.
Provide daily and ad hoc purchasing analysis and reports to Account Managers and key stakeholders.
Extract and interpret data, presenting findings to key stakeholders.
Utilize Excel formulas, such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for data analysis.
Contribute to cost savings, add value, and support ongoing contract performance.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and support clients, escalating urgent queries/issues as needed.
Support the development and implementation of business strategies, procedures, and policies.
Create and manage new supplier and client accounts in the database.
Ensure all departmental processes are recorded and updated.
Communicate and agree on new processes with the line manager, keeping key stakeholders informed.
