Principal Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our Property Services team. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of a variety of UK-based projects, primarily in Commercial Offices, Retail, Education, and Healthcare sectors. The role involves work winning, team management, and providing technical support across a range of frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver projects, providing technical support and ensuring client satisfaction

*

Manage team development, recruitment, and project delivery

*

Conduct post-occupancy engineering activities, feasibility studies, and technical reporting

*

Undertake design, specification, site monitoring, and performance specification work

*

Collaborate with clients and manage risks related to technical and commercial aspects

Requirements:

*

Chartered (or working towards) in Mechanical Engineering

*

Experience in refurbishment, fit-out, and existing building projects

*

Expertise in Building Services and property knowledge

*

Strong technical report writing and client-facing skills

*

Ability to manage projects and teams effectively
