As the Project Administrator you will be responsible for creating and managing Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals and site files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

O&M Manuals: Develop, compile, and maintain comprehensive O&M manuals for various projects, ensuring they meet client and regulatory requirements.

Site Files: Create and manage site files, including all relevant project documentation such as drawings, specifications, and reports.

Documentation Control: Ensure all project documentation is properly filed, easily accessible, and regularly updated.

Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.

Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for documentation.

Compliance: Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and company policies.

Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project records

Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services for employees.

Skills and Experience

Experience in a project administration role, preferably with a focus on documentation and compliance.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the construction or engineering sectors (desirable)

Any administration or engineering qualifications (desirable)

Specific Qualifications

Hold a qualification in business administration.

 Proficient use of MS Office
