Role: Teaching Assistant
Start Date: January 2025
Salary: Kent Range 3 – £16,449.20 (pro rata to £23,337 full-time equivalent)
Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time only

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both teachers and students. You will be assisting in the delivery of engaging lessons, helping students with additional learning needs, and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support teachers in the delivery of lessons.

* Assist students with their learning and development, providing tailored support where needed.

* Promote a positive learning environment.

* Encourage student engagement and participation in class activities.
