Are you a building servcies fabric technician who is looking for a new shift opportunity? This is a great opportunity to take a step into your first shift maintenance role! This opportunity is working on an exciting flagship building in London, and my client are looking to take on somebody with the view to provide training to become more M&E focused moving forward.

Duties

Service and PPMs on AHUs/FCUs - cleaning/changing filters, belts, motors
General plumbing maintenance
Fixing leaks
Drainage/flushing
Emergency light testing
Fire alarm testing
General carpentry
Painting/Decorating
Basic electrical - rewiring, changing socketsRequirements

Min. 3 years building services expeirence in FM/Hospitality sector
18th Edition (desirable)
