Role;

Collaborate with the assigned product team to comprehend technical requirements and offer consultancy on approach, including identifying and preparing risk mitigation strategies.
Supporting the Communication Strategy
Delivery of Communication Documents
Oversee the creation and execution of all communications and related assets.
Facilitate engagement with senior leaders across various business areas
Define and measure success metrics.
Monitor and report on any changes
Conduct business impact and readiness assessments 
Experience;

Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies within a business change context.
Strong consultancy skills with the ability to understand and articulate technical requirements.
Experience in risk identification and mitigation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen understanding of how to tailor messaging to various personas.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
Proficiency in defining success metrics and monitoring change initiatives.
Experience in conducting business impact and readiness assessments
