We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work on the Cardiff Univesity contract as a Multiskilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct PPMs and reactive repairs as required.

* Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8) and £120 standby payment.

* Lighting systems (indoor, outdoor, emergency)

* Ventilation and exhaust fans

* Air filters and ductwork

* Pumps (sump, booster, circulation)

* Fan Coil Units

* Air handling units

* BMS Systems

* Fire Alarms

Requirements:

Level 3 Electrical Qualification

*

17th or 18th Edition

*

Full UK driving license.
