Mechanical Project Manager 

Location: Project located throughout Kent and parts of London

About the company: Our client is a fast growing building services contractor based in Kent who specialise in providing full M&E design and installation of Education, healthcare and retirement Home projects. 

Role Overview: Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the design and installation of mechanical installations on 2 retrofit projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate people and processes to ensure timely project delivery.

Develop detailed project plans and manage resources.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope.

Background in M&E Engineering, business skills preferred.

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Team player with problem-solving aptitude.

Experience with SICON, Dropbox, BigChange, and other tech tools.

Drive business development and financial growth.

Manage sub-contractors and ensure project submissions meet deadlines.

Lead teams in safe project delivery and maintain high standards.
