An exciting role has become available at a precision engineering company offering high-end engineered and manufactured solutions.

Job Role: HR Administrator

Location: Weymouth

Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday

Type: 12 months Temp

The Company offers a comprehensive, unrivalled capability across all precision engineering services to the aerospace, defence, and commercial sectors.

Job Role

Maintaining accurate records, facilitating smooth HR processes, and supporting both employees and management in achieving organisational goals.

Creation and administration of employee files and records on Sage People.
Carry out new starter inductions and facilitate the completion within 2 months of starting.
Own the recruitment process -including writing job descriptions, preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and share best practice.
Managing sickness absence, eye tests, record keeping (inc. return to work forms) and reporting.
Source and conduct basic in-house training when requested.
Provide KPI data and any other information as required.Skills and experience required:

Level 3 CIPD (desirable).
HR generalist experience (desirable).
Experience of people management and handling difficult conversations.
Computer literate.
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly confidential at all times.
