We are seeking a talented Account Manager to oversee our prestigious Account and ensure the seamless delivery of services across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

* Serve as the key point of contact for the account, building strong client relationships.

* Oversee the delivery of all facility management services, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are met or exceeded.

* Lead, motivate, and support on-site teams, ensuring exceptional performance.

* Drive operational efficiency, identify improvement opportunities, and manage budgets effectively.

* Act as a liaison between the client and company, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

* Prepare reports, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as an Account Manager within facilities management or a related sector.

* Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple sites and teams while maintaining excellent service standards.

* Solid understanding of FM operations, including compliance and budget management.

* Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.

* Willingness to travel across client sites as needed
