Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
Salary/Benefits: £28k - £42k + Training & Benefits

An exciting opportunity to join a growing UKAS Accredited Consultancy has arisen. We are recruiting for a dual-skilled candidate, our Client can also consider applications from candidates with singular Analytical and / or Surveying experience. Access to the M6 would be beneficial to candidates, as contracts are predominantly based in the North West of England. Our Client holds a national presence and is gaining further traction within the industry through winning new contracts.

Locations of work include: Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Stockport, Burnley, Blackburn, Altrincham, Wilmslow, Knutsford, Warrington, Runcorn, Widnes, Ellesmere Port, Chester, Crewe, St Helens, Wigan, Bootle, Liverpool, West Kirby, Formby, Southport, Ormskirk, Chorley, Blackburn, Preston, Lytham St Annes, Blackpool, Fleetwood.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor and / or Analyst for a well-established outfit
- Excellent industry technical knowledge, such as UKAS guideline
- Must hold the P402, P403, P404 BOHS qualification (or RSPH equivalent)
- Strong IT skills and written ability
- Professional and hardworking attitude

The Role:
- Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys as well as 4 Stage Clearances, Personal, Background, Leak and Reassurance Air Monitoring
- Being adaptable to travel to a mixed portfolio of Client sites, including Commercial and Industrial
- Producing thorough technical reports for Clients
- Overseeing projects on-site and ensuring compliance with UKAS guidelines
- Opportunity for further training and development
