An authority based in Surrey are on the lookout for a Private Sector Housing Officer to join their team!

For this position, you'll need to have prior experience in:

Inspecting HMO's in connection with the relative licensing schemes.
Assessing a variety of properties using HHSRS, and in interpreting the results of these calculations.
Comfortable using formal action where necessary, including attending court when required.This is a 3 month role, with the chance of extension. It will involve a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough.
