Role overview: As an Account Manager, you’ll join a dynamic team dedicated to driving growth and managing key client relationships. You’ll oversee a portfolio of existing clients and actively seek new business across Yorkshire, working closely with clients to ensure exceptional service standards and support ongoing company growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture client relationships, focusing on retention and growth.
Ensure high standards of customer service by managing cask levels and client expectations.
Manage marketing materials to increase client engagement.
Support sales reps in negotiating supplier pricing.
Identify leads for the Telesales team to target.
What we need from you…
Solid understanding of the hospitality industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to phone, email and face-to-face interactions
Ability to work to KPIs and meet goals
Driving is advantageous due to location, but not essential
