What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead Land Acquisition Strategy: Identify and secure land opportunities to support the company’s growth plans.
Build Strong Relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with landowners, agents, local authorities, and stakeholders to unlock new opportunities.
Lead the Land Acquisition Journey: Manage complete land acquisition process from bid strategy through to legal completion.
Collaboration: Collaborating with our talented teams to deliver projects that balance profit with purpose.

A proven background in land acquisition, property development, or housebuilding.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
