Job responsibilities

We have a great opportunity in our operational support team for someone to provide support in our work undertaking planned and responsive work within Property Services .

Being a reactive role, this position requires somebody with excellent organisation skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often pressurised environment. You will ideally have prior a commitment to delivering excellent customer service at all times in a professional, courteous manner. To achieve this, you will possess the following:

Excellent communication skills able to liaise effectively at all levels and build up good working relationship with customers
A genuine interest in helping customers at all level
Good observation skills, with attention to detail, calm and professional approach
Ability to work equally well alone using initiative or effectively as part of a team
Ability to work to tight timelines with good decision-making skills
IT Literate - good knowledge of Microsoft applications
