Job Title: Asset Verification Surveyor

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Asset Verification Surveyor to join our dynamic and friendly team. This is a mobile role, offering the opportunity to work across Essex and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for conducting detailed asset verification surveys, primarily focusing on mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems in a variety of commercial and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform on-site asset verification surveys of M&E systems.

* Record and validate asset information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

* Provide detailed reports and documentation.

* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Travel between sites using a company-provided vehicle.

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualifications in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering or a similar field (essential).

* Previous experience in asset verification or a related role.

* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.

* A full UK driving license is required.
