Your role as a Commercial Property Solicitor will include:
*Providing expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients, including landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.
*Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and development work.
*Provide strategic legal advice to clients on property-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
*Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and other legal documents. Conduct due diligence and property investigations, ensuring all aspects of transactions are thoroughly assessed.

The Successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have:
* 4 years PQE In Commercial or Residential Property Law
* Qualified with Degree & LPC or SQE
* Full Right to work in the UK
