We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Private Client Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive to join a well-established busy team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years PQE and be ready to handle an existing caseload while seeking opportunities for further development.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Colchester. Initially, the successful applicant will primarily work from the office, but may have the option to work one day from home once settled.

Involvement in a range of areas, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection, and LPA's.
Handling client inquiries and communication with clients and other parties.
Providing legal advice and guidance to clients.
Identifying and nurturing potential client relationships.
Long-term career prospects.
Networking opportunities and contribution to the department's marketing efforts.Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 years' experience in Wills, Probate, and LPA's.
Desirable experience in Court of Protection work.
Ability to independently handle a caseload of clients with some supervision.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Desire to expand and develop a client base.
IT knowledge and interest.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
