Calling all Project Managers!!

Duties:

Overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
Leading and motivating the site team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a safe working environment
Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination
Implementing rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met
Keeping a sharp eye on health and safety compliance, fostering a culture of safety on-siteRequirements:

Previous experience operating as the PM with a regional / national contractor
Educated to degree level
You will have experience of working on either Educational, Leisure and Healthcare schemes between £10m and £40m
Extensive knowledge of commercial issues
To share passion for your work and share company values
