Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of estate agents.
Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the branch team.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales performance and achieve branch targets.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the London market.
Foster relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Manage budgets and financial performance of the branch.
Analyse market trends specific to London and adjust strategies accordingly.
Client Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members.
