Production Assistant - Worthing - £11.44 per hour - Bonus scheme available at end of contract

Lobster Recruitment are looking for Production Assistants to join a family run business in Worthing on a seasonal contract.

Main Duties

Picking

· Monitor software for new orders

· Pick and process orders

· Assist in the production of embroidery orders from artwork to product framing and preparation plus embroidery machine running (machines including single and multi-head)

· Assist in the production of Laser orders from artwork using Adobe Illustrator, product preparation and running of the Laser engraving machine

· Building orders for dispatch

Dispatch

· Dispatching orders in accordance with procedures and deadlines

· Quality checking and resolving any physical issues with products before shipping

· Moving and handling stock, including loading/unloading of deliveries

· Stock taking

Framing

· Loading products onto the framing machine

· Picking and packing orders

The ideal candidate will

· Be physically fit – able to stand for long periods of time and undertake manual tasks

· Have a keen eye for detail and high QC standards

· Be flexible and a team player

· Have positive attitude

Shift patterns

Usually 4 days on, 3 days off

This can/will include some weekends!

Working hours; 07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00

Location

Worthing, very close to East Worthing train station
