Here at Alcedo Care, we are looking for Children and Young People Support Workers to provide outstanding care in the Crewe, and surrounding areas, with full training provided by our Complex Nurse in-house team.
FULL TIME OR PART TIME - FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE REQUIRED -
£13- £14.50 Per Hour (Depending on experience) PLUS Holiday pay PLUS Pension PLUS Mileage
The role requires both day and evening shifts on a rota basis.
Alcedo Care is seeking empathetic and dedicated Children and Young People Support Workers to provide exceptional care to children and young people in their homes and the local community. You will support clients in activities such as trampolining, swimming, socialising, and visiting local parks. Assisting with day-to-day tasks like shopping, always Ensuring clients are supported in a way that promotes their independence and well-being. Helping with Clients morning and bedtime routines.
Essential Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Experience working with children and young people in a care setting.
Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
Strong time management and reliability.
A caring, empathetic attitude with excellent motivational and nurturing abilities.
Team player mindset with the ability to work independently.
