Dealing with incoming calls from customers

First point of contact for customers looking for help or information

Responding to inquiries via telephone and email

Providing product information

Ensuring customers receive the best possible service 

Requirements:-

Driving Licence/Own Car (Due to office location) 

Must have previous Customer service experience.

Professional telephone manner

Strong communication skills

Commercial Awareness

Hours: Full Time: 8.30 – 4.30 Mon – Fri

Location: Trafford Park (Office based)

Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience
