Role: Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on a temporary basis.

The role will be covering holidays and sickness and the shifts will be between Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm and the hourly rate is £11.44p/h.

Receptionist duties will include:

* Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner

* Going the extra mile to ensure all visitors are well looked after

* Providing refreshments for visitors

* Answering telephones

* Directing Calls

* Taking and emailing messages

* Looking after the reception area to ensure that it is kept clean and tidy and at all times

The ideal Receptionist will have:

* Ideally previous experience of working in the same or similar role

* Excellent customer service skills

* Friendly and professional

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Exceptionally well presented

* A 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude
